We do not accept exchanges.
All of our products are custom-made to order and cannot be exchanged for size, color, or product selection errors.
π Return Window
Customers must request a return or replacement within 30 days of receiving their product.
π Product Condition
We only accept returns for new, unused products that are defective or misprinted. Products must be in original condition and packaging.
π Return Method & Shipping

Return Method: By mail only.

Return Label: We provide a return label (in cases where Printful requires the item to be returned; most defective items are replaced without return).

Return Shipping Fee: Covered by Mami Makes Art for defective or misprinted items.
π° Refunds
We do not offer refunds.
Our solution for qualifying issues is a free replacement.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Incorrect address provided by the customer

Unclaimed shipments
If a replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
If an order is returned due to:

An unclaimed shipment
π The customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.

Customers outside the United States are responsible for any applicable:

VAT or brokerage fees
These fees are not included in product or shipping prices and are collected by your local customs office.
Mami Makes Art is not responsible for these additional charges.

Under EU law, customers typically have a 14-day "right of withdrawal." However, this right does not apply to custom-made products.
All Mami Makes Art products are printed on-demand and personalized for each order, and are therefore exempt from the right of withdrawal.

We will review and process all return requests within 2β5 business days.
